About the Armada

Blackwake Armada began with a return to a game that had once meant a great deal to me.

I first stepped into World of Warcraft when the original game launched, but eventually walked away for nearly eighteen years to focus on raising a family. When I returned during Mists of Pandaria Remix, I found that the world had changed, but the sense of adventure, teamwork, and community that made the game special was still there.

After serving as an officer in the largest guilds in the game, I gained a firsthand look at what makes a community thrive and what can cause one to lose its identity. I wanted to create something more personal: a guild where members are known, contributions matter, and progression never comes at the expense of respect.

Blackwake Armada was built to be that place.

Our first priority is building a strong foundation. That means bringing together the right people, creating a welcoming and active community, and developing a culture where members support one another and have a genuine voice in the guild’s future.

Raiding, Mythic+, mentorship, and organized events are all part of where we are headed, but they will grow at the right pace as the community takes shape. We are not interested in rushing to fill a roster or making promises before the foundation exists. We want to build something lasting, with systems and teams that develop naturally from a dependable group of players.
