How We Lead
Every officer in the Armada was promoted from within. We do not import leadership. Officers are selected for their consistency, communication, and genuine investment in the guild — not just their performance metrics.
Decisions that affect the whole guild — roster changes, loot policy, major schedule shifts — are made by the officer council together. No single person holds unilateral authority over the community.
Members are always welcome to bring concerns directly to any officer. We maintain an anonymous feedback channel in Discord for situations where that feels more comfortable.
